Nominating Committee
McKenzie Electric Cooperative, Inc.
Nominating Committee Report:
In accordance with the bylaws of McKenzie Electric Cooperative, the nominating committee for MEC was convened on March 22, 2010 at 8:30 am by telephonic conference. Present were Verlin Fossum, Ken Haugen and Craig Pelton, along with cooperative attorney Dennis Edward Johnson. Attorney Johnson called the meeting to order. Nominations were made for the Districts where the term of the current directors was expiring. Nomination process was discussed and considered by the Board. After discussion the following were nominated:
District 1A - Glenn Aamodt
District 2A - Donald Link
District 3C - Tim Wasem
Motion by Craig Pelton, Second by Ken Haugen that the persons so nominated be submitted as candidates for election to the Board of Directors for the Districts as stated. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Nominating Committee, the meeting was adjourned.
