Download Pay by Bank Authorization Agreement

In order to use this service, you simply need to have Internet access and use Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher or Netscape version 4.73 or higher. The most current version of either of these browsers is always recommended but not necessary to access the E-Bill system.
Why use E-Bill?
E-Bill gives you the same information you receive on your paper bill, plus these added benefits:
- E-Bill also provides your billing and payment history, kilowatt-hour usage history and monthly cost comparisons.
- Any time you need a record of your bill, simply print out the information.
- You have instant access to your McKenzie Electric account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You are notified by e-mail when your bill is due each month. You can mail in the amount due, or the amount can be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account through the Pay by Bank system.
- E-Bill is provided through a secure server so your information is private and safe.
How to Sign Up
- Complete the "New User Form" on the E-Bill System: Click here to go to the E-Bill system and click on the "New User Sign-up" button. Follow the instructions from there. You will need to have your McKenzie Electric account number and one of your meter numbers on hand. If you have any questions or would prefer to sign up by phone, call us at 701-444-9288 or 800-584-9239.
- Sign up for Pay by Bank: If you are not already using the Pay by Bank service, you can sign up and have your bill amount automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. Please note that you are not required to use the Pay by Bank system to use E-Bill; it's just another option for you.
