Our normal office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM central time, Monday through Friday. If you have a power outage after normal working hours, please call (701) 444-9288 in Watford City or toll-free (800) 584-9239.
Call Before You Dig
If you plan on digging, you need to contact the North Dakota One-Call system at 1-800-795-0555 or the Montana One-Call system at 1-800-424-5555 at least 48 hours in advance. When you place the call, please have the specific location of the dig site, including the township, range, section and quarter-section.
